Bright sparks can create brilliant micro:bit powered light designs to illuminate our Centre in celebration of Oxford’s Christmas Light Festival. Design your own light pattern algorithm with a selection of lights and colours – do you prefer bright flashing rainbows, or flickering candlelight? You can program strings of fairy lights, code a complex rainbow design or make a blinking paper lantern – the choice is yours!

The club includes access to our woodland, ponds and lunch tables. For information on terms and conditions visit here. https://scienceoxford.com/terms-of-use/

Suitable for ages 9-12 years.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Price: £8 + booking fee per child (accompanying adult free)

Parking is available on site.

Science Oxford welcomes all children to our clubs. If you or your child has additional needs, please get in touch to discuss how we can best support your child to make the most of the club at solive@scienceoxford.com.

Science Oxford is committed to inclusion and we recognise that cost is sometimes a barrier. Funded places for eligible families are now available, thanks to the Austin and Hope Pilkington Trust. Families could be eligible for these places for several reasons; for example, if your child receives free school meals or is a looked-after child. To find out more and to book one of these places, please
